Aamir Siddiqui

Aamir Siddiqui is a packaging professional with over 25 years of experience in the plastics industry. He currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering and Technical Service for Layfield Flexible Film in Richmond, British Columbia, a position he has held since 2019. Originally from Long Beach, California, Aamir earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from California State University, Long Beach, and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. Prior to his current role, he served as the Technical Director for Winpak Films, overseeing product development and managing capital projects. He also held the position of Technical Director for Viskase Plastics Casing Company in Europe. Aamir is recognized for his innovative contributions, having developed numerous products and secured several patents in flexible packaging. His expertise and leadership in engineering and technical services are widely acknowledged.
